Kingdom Ekklesia
"His intent was that now, through the church, the manifold wisdom of God should be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realms."
The Story Behind the Image
This majestic digital painting depicts three bald eagles soaring against a dramatic sky of deep reds and blacks, flying over a cascading waterfall and ancient stone structures. The eagles represent strength, vision, authority, and the prophetic calling of the Ekklesia—the called-out ones who are positioned to display the manifold wisdom of God to the principalities and powers in the heavenly realms.
The inscription declares the seven pillars of Kingdom Ekklesia:
Love • Worship • Wisdom • Power • Healing • Authority
And the foundational Scripture from Ephesians 3:10:
"His intent from the beginning of the ages has been that, now, through the (church) Ekklesia, the Manifold Wisdom of God should be made a Display to the principalities and powers in the heavenly realms, according to His Eternal Purpose carried out through Christ Jesus our Lord."
This is a prophetic declaration of the identity, authority, and purpose of the Ekklesia in this hour.
What Is the Ekklesia?
The word Ekklesia (ἐκκλησία) is often translated as "church," but its meaning is far more powerful. In the Greek world, the Ekklesia was the governing assembly—the called-out ones who had the authority to make decisions, establish laws, and govern the city.
Jesus declared in Matthew 16:18, "I will build my Ekklesia, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it." This is not a passive, waiting, hiding church—this is the advancing, governing, victorious Ekklesia that storms the gates of hell and establishes the Kingdom of God on earth.
The Manifold Wisdom of God
Ephesians 3:10 reveals the eternal purpose of the Ekklesia: "that now, through the church, the manifold wisdom of God should be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realms."
The manifold wisdom of God is not just knowledge—it is the multi-faceted, multi-dimensional, infinitely creative wisdom of God displayed through His people. The Ekklesia is called to be a living demonstration of God's wisdom, power, and glory to the spiritual realm.
The principalities and powers are watching. And through the Ekklesia—through the way we love, worship, walk in wisdom, operate in power, bring healing, and exercise authority—the wisdom of God is put on display.
The Three Eagles
The three bald eagles soaring in the image represent the prophetic, apostolic, and governmental anointing of the Ekklesia. Eagles are known for their keen vision, strength, and ability to soar above the storms. They see what others cannot see, they rise above the chaos, and they move with precision and power.
Isaiah 40:31 declares, "But those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint."
The Ekklesia is called to soar like eagles—to rise above earthly limitations, to see from heaven's perspective, and to move with the authority and power of the Kingdom.
The Waterfall
The cascading waterfall represents the flow of the Holy Spirit, the living water that brings life, power, and refreshment. It also represents the unstoppable force of God's purposes—nothing can stop the flow, nothing can dam the river, and nothing can hinder what God has set in motion.
Ezekiel 47 describes a river flowing from the temple that brings life wherever it goes. This is the Ekklesia—carriers of the river, releasing the flow of God's presence, power, and purposes into the earth.
The Ancient Structures
The ancient stone structures in the background represent the foundations of faith, the testimony of history, and the enduring truth of God's Word. The Ekklesia is not building on sand—we are building on the solid rock of Christ, the foundation of the apostles and prophets, and the eternal purposes of God.
The Seven Pillars
The image declares the seven pillars of Kingdom Ekklesia:
-
Love
- The foundation of everything. Without love, we are nothing (1 Corinthians 13).
-
Worship
- The atmosphere of heaven, the throne room of God, and the place where His presence dwells.
-
Wisdom
- The manifold, multi-faceted wisdom of God displayed through His people.
-
Power
- The dunamis power of the Holy Spirit to heal, deliver, and transform.
-
Healing
- Physical, emotional, and spiritual restoration flowing from the presence of God.
-
Authority
- The delegated authority of Christ to bind, loose, and establish His Kingdom on earth.
These are not optional—these are the essential pillars of the Ekklesia that Jesus is building.
His Eternal Purpose
The final phrase of Ephesians 3:10 is critical: "according to His Eternal Purpose carried out through Christ Jesus our Lord."
This is not a new idea. This is not Plan B. This has been God's intent from the beginning of the ages—to have a people, an Ekklesia, who would display His wisdom, walk in His authority, and establish His Kingdom on earth as it is in heaven.
A Call to the Ekklesia
This image is a call to the Ekklesia—the called-out ones, the governing assembly, the Bride of Christ who is rising in authority and power. You are not just attending church—you are the Ekklesia. You are called to display the manifold wisdom of God, to soar like eagles, and to establish the Kingdom.
Rise up. Soar. And display the wisdom of God to the heavenly realms.
