Give Him no rest until He establishes Jerusalem

and makes her a praise in the earth.”

This is the assignment of the watchmen.

To remain awake.

To remain faithful.

To lift their voices in agreement with heaven—day and night.

This image carries a call to the Ekklesia—to take her place in worship and intercession, not striving from the earth, but ministering before the throne.

Worship and prayer are one.

Love becomes intercession.

And intercession releases the purposes of God.

To contend for Jerusalem.

To partner with the heart of God until His promises are fulfilled.
